Zoe and Cianna Win Top Award at IT Sligo!

Congratulations to Zoe Melvin and Cianna Ruddy from the Ursuline College, Sligo who were the winners of the SciFest 2021 Best Project Award at SciFest@College 2021 in the Institute of Technology, Sligo. Zoe and Cianna's project was titled 'Liposome technology and its potential in the future of medicine' and was entered into the Intermediate Physical Sciences Category. Congratulations also to their teacher Mr Anthony Carolan.

Winning the Best Project award at one of the 16 regional SciFest@College 2021 STEM fairs qualifies Zoe and Cianna to compete at the SciFest 2021 National Final.
