Timothy McGrath wins SciFest 2019

Timothy McGrath from Community College Killorglin, Co Kerry was announced the overall winner of SciFest 2019 when he was awarded the SFI ISEF award at the SciFest 2019 National Final in the Marino Conference Centre on Friday 22 November. Timothy will now travel to Anaheim California next May to represent Ireland at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2020. Timothy will be accompanied by his teacher, Marieke O'Connor, who was awarded the SciFest Teacher of Excellence Award at the National Final.
