Since 2011 overall winners from the regional SciFest@College events in the Institutes of Technology and St Mary's College, Derry, have had the opportunity to compete in a national competition. The awards at this competition currently include the opportunity to represent Ireland at international competitions in the United States and the Netherlands. The project abstracts from the projects exhibited at the national final in each of the years since 2011 are available at the following links:
Boston Scientific joined SciFest as a project partner in 2015 and sponsors an award for the best medical devices project at each of the 16 regional SciFest@College fairs and at the national final.
